Hi everyone I was never overweight in fact I was a little on the thin side but I felt fat so when I was 11 I went on a diet of 800 calories a day and soon I droped from 4 foot 8 73 pounds to 69 pounds then with in two months I was down to 67.By the time my 12th birthday hit I was taking in 600 calories a day and my weight droped to 65 pounds plus I had grown two inches in height. I was twice as thin as all of my friends. But then pretty soon I started to worry about my helth so I decided to gain weight. When your anorexic you hate nothing more then gaing weight. I was just going to gain a couple pound but insted I went up to 73 pounds. It just killed me even though people remarked on how skinny I was. I am still 73 now and 4 foot 11 inches, but I'm getting back to my anorexic habbits and I need help stopping it so if any of you can help please write to me. p.s my parents have no clue

I struggled for four years with the disorder, and I can tell you that it will not get you anywhere. I know it feels uncomfortable to gain weight, believe me. But you need to be smart here, and realize that your life as an anorexic will get you nowhere. You should find a passion, something you love that makes life worth living. Maybe then you will be able to let go of the obsessions that are keeping you from being a real human being.
Reply from hannah, Age 13 - 05/25/02 - IP#: 24.156.158.xxx i had an eating disorder last yr, and i know how unconfortable it is! since them i gained back 23 pounds! i have already lost 13, and i want to go back to 110. heres what i suggest. it can be hard eating lots of food after ur stomach is used to so little, so fill up on veggies, yogurt, and other easy on the stomach foods. eventually, ull be able to ease back into healthy eating habits, and then excercise 3 times a week and u will feel great! good luck, and email me at bumblebee_257@hotmail.com, cos im always here to talk!

So to gain weight you should eat what my sons eat: Cookies, Cake, Candy, Chips, X-tra Buttery Popcorn, Brownies, Chocolate and exercise never. Thats how you gain weight! Like my three very overweight sons!!!
Reply from some one - 05/22/02 - IP#: 68.13.169.xxx what tori said was good. but if it doesn't work, or u just don't get into it, then i would just stop worrying about food. i mean, NORMAL people don't really care about food. the ONLY time u should even think about food is if u are over weight. if u aren't then just eat. i can't say eat till your full, just eat when u feel like it. if u wanna eat, don't stop your body from eating becayse of how skinny u are. i would just forget about being so thin and eat. you eat to LIVE not to gain weight.
