Hey, my birthday is next week, and I checked the almanac for the average weight for 14 year olds and it says 107 lbs. I heard 50 lbs over the normal weight is overweight, and im only 10 or 15 lbs less than that. I don't feel happy with myself, and would like to lose weight. I have a treadmill, but I can only walk and jog on it without getting tired easily. Dieting has always been hard for me. Any tips? derekl52888@yahoo.com

it's hard when your not a sporty person to loose weight trust me i no but the worst thing you can do is give up and your oviously not extremely over weight so you should take it a step at a time like eat a bit less of the foods you eat alot of and gradually start to walk more places or cycle and learn to balance out your food intake with your exersice routine you can do this by looking at the fat and calorie intake on packets of food and thinking about how much exersice your going to do and seeing how much calories you will loose...........
trust me if you believe in your self it can be done.
