hey everyone i am 5'3 and weigh 160 lbs!! errr i gained 20 pounds since the middle of the school year!! i would really like 2 lose 30 lbs. this summer...do u think thats possible to do in about 2 and 1/2 months? about how much exercise should i do and how much should i eat? ive also noticed that if im not watching tv i dont eat alot. what activities should i do that are fun but are good calorie burners? please respond!!!

Hey Jessica. If you want to lose 30 pounds in 2 1/2 months your in for a tough one. I've been going to the gym, 4 days a week since february, and I have lost 15 pounds. But I have also gained muscle. If you want to lose weight , my suggestion is: Cut Down meal sizes, Don't eat junk food or don't snack between meals. Also you have to do a lot of cardio workouts, like running or roller blading for 30 minutes a day.
