Hey I recently just started my new diet even though I was on one before, but my meatbolism got use to it so I changed it, My body is also getting use to my exercise. I power walkABOUT 6 MILES everday and got to Curves( a gym for women) I need so new activities that burn alot of calories. Ne one have suggestions? and How about new snacks? Healthy ones with few calories. I eat fruit and rice cakes now. Skipping is good. If you skip for around half an hour you can burn up to 500 calories depending on how hard you work. It is also great for toning your arms and legs
