i haven't posted here for a while now. i slipped and got off my diet. now my vcr is broken and i can't do my aerobics exercising tape. so seeing as how i can't do my aerobics i think a diet of 800 calories should fix it. one time i lost over 5 pouunds in one week with all my exercising and stuff. now seeing as how i can't i MUST eat no more than 1000 and i think 800 for now is okay. i usually don't eat breakfast because i'm not hungry in the morning. so hey that works even better. nothing before nothing after 6 unless it's juice or water. no sweets no fastfood or anything like that. with exception of tomorrow my mom is taking me out to lunch since i graduated tuesday. ( i hope it's red lobster or denny's or even ihop)

Reply from Beth, Age 14 - 06/02/02 - IP#: 206.105.202.xxx Well, if you have been excorcizing with that tape for a long time you prolly know most of the things you are supposed to do, right? well why don't u turn on some music and do some of the aerobics tape w/o actually using the tape. Toning is an important part of weightloss, and just 800 calories is bad for you.
