Hey everybody. I was just wondering if anyone has lost any weight by drinking lots of water every day and not changing their eating habits too much. Please respond!! I need serious help!!

water will make you feel full so i guess you won't eat as much. water also flushes out your body toxins but dun drink to much cuz i heard some guy died cuz he drank too much and all the essential body minerals were flushed out. also, if you get dehydrated, your metabollism will slow down
