Hi guys. My name is Brandy and I have really thick thighs, and some fat on my stomache. I was wandering if anyone has any exercise routines to help me lose most of that fat. Thanx

Hey! I had, well still have a little, bit of the same problem as you. See, there is this exercise routine thing that works great for you hips, thighs, stomach, and upper body (with out giving you HUGE muscles).Anyway, the thing is called PILATES and it really works. It works on lengthening the muscles and I'm telling you it is a dream come true! LOL! Well, you can find a video anywhere (Target is good) and you can even find and take classes at a local gym or something. Good luck!
