hey im a 15 year old female from canada...uhhh ive been trying to lose weight for 2 and a half months now!! exercising regularily for 3-4 times a week for 40 mins...and i STILL havent lost a pound..im about 5 foot 4- 5 foot 5...and im 128 pounds (58kg) and i cant lose any weight! its drivin me insane..my friends dont think im overweight at all and they think im crazy..but i think i am over weight!..they think i look like i weigh 115...which is my goal! and ive been trying so hard to reach it! anyone have any advice on how to lose the weight? please reply back to me.ive left these messeges before but no one replys back to me...plz reply back! and i want a weight buddy! sukhjot_13@hotmail.com is my email addy..well thanks and god bless u all!:)

look at your caloric intake. it might be a little too much. cut back on it a bit..dont go below 1200 calories daily though..that'd shut down ur metabolism. goodluck...and be patient!

if ur that tall u dont need to lose weight.
