I need help, i keep binging on fruit, and food in general.
the binge on fruit is screwing up my blood sugar content and im gaining weight. god-my head hurts soo bad, it just hurts soo bad. Im so frustrated, i couldn't excercise today, and i want to lose 12 lbs. Please, could someone help me, my head hurts so bad its making me tear, but my dad doesn't beleive me, so he's ignoring me. The pounding in my head, and god, i need to lose 12 lbs, please, anyone..

girl you've gotta calm down! First of all, don't stress so much over it. Try to relax. You'll loose weight if you put your mind to it. Here's what I do. Get at least 7 hrs. of sleep a night. (you burn cal. when u sleep) Weigh yourslef only 1 time a week. eat 3 meals a day. Breakfast: eat fruits, eggs, or ceral. Lunch: Salads, veggies, fruits. Dinner: small portion of meat, some veggies and maybe some bread. Eat small sncks like carrots. etc. Excercise at least 30 min. a day. It may take a few weeks but u will see results. Goodl luck!!!
