Hi I'm 5'5 and 180 pounds at the age of 15... I'm on the slim fast plan and weight watchers. is there anyone out there who has tried any of those or has a similar weight to mine or a similar weight problem?

hi, i am on weight watchers and it has been great for me, i have lose 17 pounds in three weeks!
