hey people...ughhhh anyone have any strategies to lose weight? its been 3 months and havent lost a pound..im 5 foot 4 and 128 pounds..iv eposted messeges in here a bunch of times.....welllllllll i really wanna lose about 10-15 pounds! to maake myself feel better!...so please something give me some advice!

For the best health, you have to exercise at least 30 minutes a day. Since you're not overweight, it will be really hard for you to lose weight, because the less you weigh the harder it is to lose weight. So you might need to exercise that much to lose more weight, I know I do. Also, you shouldn't exercise right before bed because you won't be able to sleep. Just trying to help!

Just watch what ya eat but you still can treat yourself with a candybar or what not once and awhile, you need that treat so you can continue to stay on track! Try just excercizing for 5-10 min each night before ya go to bed, your DON'T sound overweight so don't worry to much, keep your head up!
