Heya guys! I am kinda depressed at the moment coz I'm so HUNGRY!!! I am on a diet and eat sensibly but can't snack or have large portion sizes. It seems to be working, but its so boring! I have recently discovered my love for grapes, so I eat a lot of them (they aren't to fattening are they?)and also love raspberries and sunflower seeds. But all I wan't now is a huge, sizzling slice of pizza and its really annoying me! At the moment I weigh 120 lbs and I am 5'3. My friends don't say that they think I'm fat, but I think I am. My thighs are like tree trunks but less firm, my ass is the size of Texas and I'm not even going into details of my stomach. Have any of you guys got a diet plan that won't make me so bored? All I am eating is peas, brown rice, chicken and eggs and it sucks. I also try to exersise but I hate it completely. There are no exersizes that I enjoy, like, at all. I hate having to lose weight. Are you guys as tired and hungry as me? Please give me some tips or anything! Love CaseyXXXXXXXX

hey dani thanks for the leg exerise- i tried it and its really easy! Oh and I don't think i'm anorexic- my moms a doctor and she says i'm eating enough, its just i'm so used to eating WAY too much (like a whole tub of ice cream for a snack) that it feels like too little and makes me hungry. You are not fat!!!!!!! Maybe you could try to do exerices that just focus on your thighs and maybe they will be frim and more leaner

If your hungry all the time and you casn't eat a lot that could be considered anorexia, which isn't cool at all and extremely dangerous! For your legs try excercizes where you lay on your side and lift your leg up 25-30 times. and do crunches opp. leg to opp. knee! Eat what you;d like but try lowering the junk food and since your eating so much healthy food, have those for snacks between your big meals like breakfast, lunch and dinner.

in answer to your question smiley- I normally have oatmeal or low fat cereal and a piece of fruit for breakfast, or a boiled egg and fruit. thanks for the advice!! love casey

Try eating celary. It burns more calories than it puts on, and no, grapes aren't fattening. Is that really all your eating? Don't you get hungry? What do u have for breakfast when eating that?

don't listen to that Shannon chick she doesn't know what she's talking about. i'm 5'3 and I weigh 135 lbs. and I'm not fat. But I want to loose weight. My goal is to be 115 lbs. Try bike riding or rollerblading thats what I do and I really enjoy it. You can eat 1 slice a pizza every now and then. I give myslef a break 1 day a week I eat 1 bad thing once a week. It helps.

Id cut back on sunflower seeds, Seeds are extreamly fatting, It would be better off eating a slice of pizza then snaking on seeds, speaking that 1 average slice of pizza has more fat than a big mac from mc d.

Yes i am and it really sucks so your not alone by the way ive been doing this for 1 week i am 5ft. 7in. and 160 lbs.
