hey, I was thinking about trying the slim fast program and was just wondering if anyone here has tried the it. If you did, did it work? and how long does it take? or what have people here heard about it? any comments would help a lot. thanks guys!

One of my family members used it for awhile, they didn't really help her, and plus it made you go to the bathroom a lot more and it can get costly! And as the other yound lady said, you'd have to be on it fo rthe rest of your life probably!

been there done that. Ya it works great! I lost like 6 lbs. in 2 weeks but as soon as u stop drinking them (even if u eat heatlhy instead) you gain that weight plus more right back. So it works but I don't recommend it unless u drink them for the rest of ur life.
