hi guys. like most of yall, i'm 15 and looking to loose weight. how much, i'm not sure. it just depends on how much it takes for me to look the way i wanna look. i'm guessing a good 15-20 lbs. i'm not "fat" according to friends and family but this is not about them. it's aboutme. also, the fact that i am a ballet dancer puts all the more strain on my being thin. i do have muscle in my legsand arms but i would like to slim down. at the current moment i am keeping my carb. intake under 100. at the endof the week, if i haven't lost 2lbs.(which is a healthy weekly loss) i am going to go on the Atkin's Diet. i know this diet will work but it's mega-hard so if anyone has any other suggestions, that would be much appreciated. thanks. p.s. sorry so long-winded

Hi Tiffany i just wanted to say no matter how low you get your weight it doesn't mean to say you will get the perfect body. Basically all you need to do is lose body fat which should be quite easy for u being a ballet dancer but also maybe going to your nearest gym which is also what i do so far i have lost 23lbs i have still another 11lbs to go but am very determined to do so. Also i'd like to add that the Atkins diet really isn't a good idea please trust me you need carbohydrates for energy all you need to do is just eat healthy and also do at least 20-30 mins exercise 3 times a week i can asure you it will work coz it is for me so good luck.
