Hi, i was wonderin what I should do to lose 10lbs in about a month. I excercize by walking everyday and doing about 100-200 situps a nite. i dont eat junk n i find myslef still big! help!

Losing weight takes time. (and that definately sucks) but we all must face it, sometimes i really hate facing it, but we have to do it. Keep up the great work! Watching what you eat, drinking plenty of water, and exercising.....it may take a while, but i PROMISE it will show up eventually!! Sometimes it takes time, but in the long run, you'll be SOO glad you did it :) Good Luck!! And Don't give up! :)
