hey im a 15 year old female from canada...ok well yea im still about 128 pounds..and about 5 foot 4...and yea nothin is workin for me...ive tried eatin less...i exercise 3 times a week for 40 mins...and my doctor told me that i was overweight...but my friends dont think i am at all...so yea i dont know what to think....can anyone please give me some advice? someone told me that its harder to lose weight when u dont weigh that much...and trust me..man that is so true...i cant lose weight!...i wanna be about 115-120...so about 10 pounds!...am i really that overweight?...please people reply back to me..oh and i have a lil bit of fat on my tummy...just at the bottom..i mean i dont have any rolls or anything..just like this lil fat at the bottom...which is not noticable but it bothers me...and i do crunches...but its not goin away! any advice? please reply back! thanks! love ya all! and hope u guys lose the weight u want! god bless!

Don't do crunches for one, they make your stomach appear bigger. Do some aerobics, drink a lot of water, watch your portions. Lose the weight, and then do the crunches to tone your stomach.
