Hey guys! I was wondering if any of you have tried running. I am 190-200 lbs. but I want to lose weight and the first thing that came to mind was running. Should I do it? There is a track right across the street from my house.

hi! you have to try it. for me running or walking is not too good. I have very big thighs so that they rub against each other when I walk... so you can imagine the result...

jogging is okay, but i find it very hard to jog for more than ten minutes. Walking is VERY good, and it burns fat while you do it, unlike jogging, which doesn't burn fat while you do it. Hope this makes sense! :)

my diettition said that jogging is good for loosing weight but running hurts your knees.
