the weirdest thinghappened lol..well im 15 and 5 foot 4 and about 128 pounds..well ivebeen exercisin regulary...3 times a week for 40 mins...for 3a nd a half months now...lol...i think im startin to lose weight finally!!! i weiged my self..last night...it said 126!!...i was WHATTTT?!!...and then i ate some nachos..cuz man it was my treat lol..for losin the weight...and omg i weighed myself again...and back to 128!! and this was at night ...lol and i weighed myself this mornin..im 127...so yea i dunno whats goin on!!! anyone mind helpin? lol and do i need to loes weight??...i wear like a size 3/5 in pants...well reply back...cya

Obviuosly there is a difference between Fat and weight, thats why its better to weight your self month after month. I could proabably gain 6 pounds within the next 4 hours drinking a gallon of water and gain no fat at all.

you aren't overweight hey look i am 5'6 and 150 lbs.
also your weight shifts during the day like if you weight yourself in the morning and it says 128 then you look a little while later and it says 126 it is just because your weight shifts also if you have lost weight and then it nachos then you are just putting the weight back on. What i would do if you want to lose weight then use weights while you are exercising. Do the exercises more than just 3 times a week. When i got back from my vacation last week i weighed 160 lbs. i have been exercising every day for the past week and a half and i bought weights and that has done a world of difference. I went from 160lbs to 150lbs in 9 days. Just stick with your weight training and if you start to lose the weight then don't start eating junk food just remember what you have been doing so you can keep it up and lose it like that.
