Please Help! I am 13 5 foot 3 and overweight I weigh about 150 and I need help. I do 50 situps a day and that doesnt help. I can't find any good exersizes that work for me. Reply from kelsey, Age 12 - 07/08/02 - IP#: 205.185.149.xxx hey i know exactly how u feel i am 5'3 and weigh 140 but what helped me the most is i have a pool in my backyard and i do 10 laps everyday plus i play softball and soccer and i am good at it so im exercising and havin fun at the same time. try to do stuff that u like so it dont seem so boring
