Hey!I don't mean to be or sound rude but...People are asking how to lose weight. First cut off junk food. Sure you're going get cravings and if you slip up it's okay no biggie. Not trying to sound rude but you can't lose weight eating the same stuff and the same amount.Do a little exercise. Half an hour a day is a great start. Most importantly BE CONFIDENT, BE PATIENT, AND MOST OF ALL DO IT FOR YOURSELF. Don't do it to get a guy/girl. Do it for your health and so you can feel better about yourself.
