I am going to college in a little while and I definitely need to lose weight. I was thinking about drinking a whole lot of water and eating a whole lot less. What do you guys think? Will walking a half hour a day help me too? Whatever I do I want to keep doing it in order to keep losing weight in college as well as keep it off. By the way I need to lose about 40 or 50 lbs. I'm about 200-210 lbs. Please help.

well ive been walking and doing some other exercises for 6 days already (for an hour every day)and ive lost one inch already but i live in texas and its so hot and besides i exercise in the garage so i sweat a lot. but i havent lost a pound. so first measure your self before you start. hope this helps oh design your own sensible diet like only eat a cup of cerial for breakfast and a salad for lunch and the same for dinner only less. and lots and lots of water!!!!!!

i agree wit ktrina (sp might be rong) dont kill ur self, if u are absolutely confindent in urself u could loose at least 10lbs every 2 weeks thats only if ur very confident and keep up the good work see i was confident but not enough i lost almost 10lbs and gained it all back because i became depressed and ate and ate but now im ak on track and ive lost 5lbs so walkin is good enough or do lite excercises like dancin or make up ur own excercise

it will work, but don't kill yourself. I exercise 4-7 hours a day and eat less than 100 calories whenever possible. It's killing me, but I want to lose 40 too. by september. By resonible.
