anne, the key here is ILLUSION! use a smaller bowl, and it MUST be black. and also, play slow music. studies show that slow music slows down eating. also, the point of a black bowl is that you tend to eat more with a colourful plate. (all this was from a health mag)

I have found that eating lots of cereal is the quickest way to *gasp* gain weight. One bowl of cereal a day is fine, maybe even 2, but anymore than that is a lot of calories, trust me, eat fruits and vegetables instead.

No it doesn't mean that you should eat 10 bowls. When it says that it may lower cholesterol it means that it may lower cholesterol as part of a balanced diet. This will not work if you eat 10 bowls of it.

i think u shouldn't eat 10 bowls of any cereal, even the kind with low colesteral. maybe u should either cut the 10 in half, or what may be easier, is maybe eat a bowl or 2 less every day till u get down to maybe one?
