hi. i think i need to lose weight around the tigh area. can anyone recommend the best ways of losing some weight? Or does anyone know how I can grow a litlle taller? thankx a bunch. rYanne.
Reply from SUkey, Age 15 - 07/09/02 - IP#: 64.180.78.xxx hey...well i dont know if i can help you bout growin bit taller cuz i wanna grow too!lol im only 5 foot 4...but meh ill grow soon hopefully and u will too so dont worry...just take your mind off of it...and next thing u know youve grown! hehe thats what my mom always tells me lol well to lose weight..u gotta exercise for about 3-4 times a week for atleast 30 mins...and for losin weight..cardio exercise is the best...thats like runnin on the treadmill...goin on the bike or whatever u want..and a bit of weights...but not much...or u can always go swimmin everyday...like i do...and its great exercise! heheh and u gotta change the way u eat..i mean u can eeat what u ate before...just try to eat less of it...or try to eat more of what u lack in...like fruits...all that healthy stuff..well hope it helped...cya!
Reply from kelly, Age 14 - 07/09/02 - IP#: 68.13.169.xxx if you walk alot that really helps, maybe around the block a few times each day, if you have a big dog that pulls, take her/him for a walk. if they pull u, u use more streagth to stop them from pulling and that is great for your muscles. or your could lay on your side and left your leg up and down slowly with out touching your other leg coming down. that uses your thighs alot. and if u think u can do it, put more weight on your leg while doing that.
Reply from Camille, Age 14 - 07/09/02 - IP#: 63.78.42.xxx The best ways to lose weight are probably everything you've heard before: -exercise for at least 30 min at a time 3-4 times a week -reduce your calorie intake And I would like to add: -visit as many dieting websites as you can to learn more -don't stress if you don't lose more than 2 lbs a week -find out what REALLY motivates you and constantly remind yourself of them in order to reach your goals. -Never think "why bother?" because you will end up NO MATTER WHAT being better off if you stick with your diet/excersise plan.
