HI EVERY1 i think this is a great site! But ne ways i want to lose weight i weight 130 and i want to get to 110 at least, i have such a low self esteem its not kewl! Whenever i go on a diet i can never go through with it cuz im a emotional eater and i pig out! I heard if you stand after you eat you for like 30 min or so you wont gain weight is that true? Well plz reply!

After you have exercised your body will be burning calories faster for up to 30 minutes afterwards so if you exercise before your meal then in theory you shouldn't gain as many calories than if you didn't exercise before eating.
