I am 5'4" and 210 pounds. I have been gaining weight since I was 13, but I've always been a little overweight. I just don't know how to follow through with healthy eating and exercise habits. Every time I start trying to lose weight I can't make myself keep going. Any similar situations or motivation tips?

The best way to change your habits for life is this: every 21 days start a new healthy habit. One by one you will make your body healthier, don't try to be healthy (eating and exercising) all at once, it will fail because mentally, you can't take such a big change. It takes 21 days to form a habit, so make sure it's a good habit, and you should be set. Good luck!

i knoe how u feel, i am 5'5 and 150 and its hard to loose weight but i used to weigh 155 fro xcercise all u have to do is take a 20-45min walk everyday to start off with then maybe work up to a power walk, but what i did was get in the habit of doing like 15pushups and some crunches and i jogged for a while but then i stopped jogging cuz its way too humid but now i do a 45min work out daily, and the eating thing u dont have o stop eating the foods u like cuz if u do then ur body will get all screwd up eat what u want just not as much see me -n- my cuzin r kinda diet buddies and i also have on online and well my couzin had a hamburger and so did i but then she turned arounfd and had another which i shoulda stopped her but that is not good well i have a lot to say but could u email me so i can say the rest its BuTtAfLyCuDiE@aol.com

I know how u feel. When I was 16, I weighed 226 and wore a size 18/20. Now I am about 145-150 and I wear a size 11/12/13. What I did was eat whatever I wanted, just limited my portions and that worked for me.
