Again to Catherine, I was like dead after I ran the 1st mile in 10 minutes, (i'm not the running type...lol)And then I walked for awhile, and ran again, and then i did the other stuff, oh my...lol I felt like I was going to barf, and I did this before breakfast (as it's better to exercise before eating) took a shower, and then thought i was going to die. So im feeling like im about to barf, but i could barely eat a banana because i wasn't hungry enough, i think it was because of all of the water i took in while exercising. lol, so im considering doing it again... I know what I just said didn't make sense, but I was wondering how it goes for you? maybe i got so tired because im not in shape cuz i haven't exercised regularly doing the same routine. Do you get better at it? lol

NEVER EXERCISE BEFORE U EAT!!! breakfast that is. in a long time, your muscle will breakdown, leaving you with more fat. ask me more if you need

well i like i said i run or walk the 30min i do more walking then running lol. i can see y ur so exhausted see im jus walking and for maybe 5 min i will run but i walk again. Im getting good results but i never felt like i was going to barf your working way to hard cool off and instead of running do walk okay! well if you have ne more questions or want to talk e-mail me at

My Doctor said that running is not good for your knees.
