Reply from Tiffany, Age 18 - 07/20/02 - IP#: 66.69.110.xxx hey i know how you feel I am also 18 and about to leave for college. I weighed for most of my life a lot more than my friends. And to be honest I hate myself because I cant see anything but me being fat. Well anyway I was 180ish and now i am down to about 137. All i did was a lot of excersice and a ton of fruits and veggies. I dont eat out very often and when I do its only once in awhile. I also quit eating red meat. I stick to chicken a lot. Make sure you drink lots of water too. OH and take vitamins so that you stay healthy. It will start to help you out. good luck

And, if you have a healthy BMI, it could be that your body weight won't go down any farther without extreme unhealthy measures, so be careful and listen to your body. You need to except who you are and what you look like, and that is easier said than done. Just try to be healthy and yourself, and that's all that anybody, even you can ask of yourself.
