Hi, my name is Rachel. I am 14 and i weigh 145 pounds.I'm 5'4 and by August 12th I plan to lose anywhere between 8 to 10 pounds. But be serious do u think i'm overweight now? I am going to high school and I am working on losing weigh by drinking plenty of water and I have a Thightekxl. As for exercising, you should do a lot of aerobic exercise and some toning exercises w/weights or without. (Examples of without weights: push-ups, crunches, leg lifts, etc.)Try searching online for some example strength training exercises, because the more muscle that you have, the faster your metabolism goes.
Reply from Rachel, Age 13 - 07/16/02 - IP#: 67.241.230.xxx Hi, I think you are a bit overweight, but to help get rid of some fat you should cut what you eat in half, and put the other half back for later. You should drink lots of water and exercise daily. If you dont have time to do it straight, just take 5 min and do sqats or something. Then take 5 more later and do crunches ex... Good luck!
