I have been to this website plenty of times and read all kinds of tips and things that helped other people loose weight. For the last 6 months i have tried them and they don't help me at all. i am trying to loose up to about 15 pounds. my mom always told me i was big boned and had a big muscle structure and that is true but last week someone told me that even people with big bones can be slim. is that true? i am only 5'4 and i weight about 180 i don't eat excessively and i don't overeat i eat healhty too. i am not (i don't know how to spell this) *obese* and i get soo frustrated with myself i mean i go run everyday at 9 in the morning and do crunches. i only have 2 weeks til school starts and was wondering if any body has a background like mine and lost weight. please tell me your story and how i can loose weight too!
