I am a 14 year old girl and I am overwieght. I am for my hight which is 5 foot 3 or 4. I am about 170 lb and don't know what I can do about it help me or give me some advice please! Thank you! Erin.

I am also overweight, but the first thing you have to do is feel better about yourself. If you don't then i don't think this will work. Don't drink soda's, only water. Cut every fattening thing you eat in half, and if you must eat inbetween meals, eat only fruit, and cut down what you eat in meal regulary, and take your time, because if you eat too fast then your brain will be convinced that you didn't eat enough, so eat your meals over a time of 20 minutes, then your brain might be convinced it's full, do crunches, sit ups to tone the stomache, then walk around the track about 10 times, but the next week you go to the track, walk around once, then run, then walk..i think you get the picture, and keep on doing that untill you are able to run around a whole 10 times, because weight loss exercising, is something that you need to progress in time.
