I recommend giving in, but to fruits and veggies, more so veggies. Like, if you like carrots and onions (fried) fry em up on the stove or grill, they're good for you, and they taste good! And you can even put some salt and pepper on em to spice em up;-P

I either let myself have a little (on a good day), or I find something else to do, preferably some exercise.
