I'm fed up with bieing overweight (i weigh 191) so today I'm starting a new diet and it's not healthy but who gives a sh**. I eat an apple for breakfast and another one for lunch and only 1/4 of my dinner. I exersize 1 1/2 hours a day. I gonna do this until I loose 100 pounds. It's so good everyone should do it. I'll lose about 3 or 4 pounds a week. Just wanted to tell you, BYE!!!!!!!
