Hey well i was just wondering, because im 5,5 and weigh 140 pounds and i realllly realllly need to lose about 14 pounds, because i really want to! but wouldnt it be ok if i excercised and ate really healthy with a good diet, and just grew into my weight? because say a person was my weight but was 5,7 they wouldnt be overweight. please help!

When I was thirteen which was about 5 months ago I weighed 144 pounds and was 5'5. now I weigh 123 and am nearly 5'7 I exercised every day and cut out nearly all fatty foods and it worked! so it may work for you to.

I guess since your 13, you will continue to grow taller, Though you might gain little weight as you grow them extra bone and mussels (had your growth spirt?). teenage Females are soppose to be a bit stuby when they are young and their body normaly ends up shaping as you grow older, the oposite happens to boys. I bet if you just excersised and go on healthy diet youll end up losing weight as time passess by.
