Hey, Im lauralyle...and im 14 yrs old and i weigh 206 lbs! and i hate it.....i have to go into X-L in shirts and all..my mom just looks at me sometimes and crys.....also my boyfriend...Seth says...that i would look much nicer if i lost about a good 40lbs....so i mostly want to lose weight cause..then i can be healthier...i can do it just for me and i can do it for my boyfriend! So please does anyone know any good diets...or add on to that any good excersises..like for my butt..inner thighs..outer thighs...my tummy( like gettin abs and all) my arms.. just pretty much everything!!! I repeat im 206 and i want to get to about.....150...140 could be even betta...but for now i would like to make my goal as 150....so please anyone who know anything.....just type in to me...Thank you!

Your boyfriend didn't say you don't look nice now, or that he's not going to like you if you dont lose weight. He was honest with what he thought, without insulting you. To Ben, he was wrong because not all people grow when they're 14. Some grow a lot after and during, but some grow a little before, but not much after. (I should know, I've stopped growing...lol) It really depends how tall your family is. But if you want to change something about yourself, go for it. i recommend counting calories, eating 5 veggies/fruits, 6 8oz (1 cup) glasses of water, and 3 8oz milk (2 if ur an adult...lol) and exercise 20 min a day 4-6 times a week at least. Reply from Brian, Age 16 - 07/26/02 - IP#: 67.232.45.xxx Basicly any excersises will generaly burn the fat throughout the whole body, its impossible to focus on one part of the body (who cares what they say on tv), the body will balace its self as your burn the fat. the more overweight a person is: they can burn fat faster and more in a shorter period of time if they change their diets and do more excersize and avoid eating those unessassery foods (mayo, extra sugar, penut butter, ect...). If you do anything, you may not see results in first few weeks, but dont worry because its only the begining.
