Does anyone know of a good excersize that will help me lose inches off my waist. I do sit ups and crunches, and things like that, I'm losing weight but just not inches Please Help

Reply from katherine, Age 13 - 07/28/02 - IP#: 216.54.110.xxx i went to this site recently that said that the reason y crunches and so forth dont help is because u are strengthening the muscels but u arent getting rid of fat. the fat hides the muscels. i was bummed when i heard this cuz i want a smaller waist and s/he kept going on bout how only one method works to losing weight and she found it yada yada but u have to pay to find out. sigh. anyways BB.
Reply from Rachel, Age 16 - 07/27/02 - IP#: 216.154.13.xxx i heard that spinning a hula hoop around ur waist help u lose inches off. and all u have to do is 10 minutes of this a day and u will lose at least 2 inches off ur waist and 2 lbs a month just by doing this. so if u combine hula hoop with other types of exercise and healthy diet, i think u will lose a lot of weight. i just satrted doing hula hoop. i do 5 minutes in the morning and another 5 minutes before i go to bed. hope this helped.
