Hi! I'm overweight and like most overweight kids I hate it. I really want to lose some weight before school starts but I need some ideas,fast! . I need something that will help me lose weight fast and healthy. Please someone give me some soluations and help me!

It matters how much you weigh, but the healthy way of losing weight can make you lose about 1-2 pounds per week, at the greatest, but really, it all matters how much you weigh and how tall you are. So I can't really say anything more about that. But ya, if you drink lots of water, it'll help a lot. I think that water is the main key of success to weight loss because it fills you up and flushes out all the bad stuff... it also makes you not crave foods as much. But ya, if you eat a healthy diet, maybe some junk food just every other day... and if you plan to eat healthy for the rest of your life, then it'll work out. You can't go on a diet for a month and then switch back to "normal eating" because then it won't work, trust me. Exercise at least 30 mins/day and don't overdo it. If you have the willpower, it'll be easy... but good luck :). Remember that everyone has their bad days, and don't feel bad if you do, just forget about it and try again! Hope I could help :o)
