Reply from swimf@n, Age 14 - 09/01/02 - IP#: 24.200.29.xxx stomach crunches can really help...try 3 sets of 10 crunches at first (keep your knees at a 90 degree angle above the floor), and if that gets too easy then move up to 15, and then 20, and then 25 etc...the last crunches should be difficult, but not to the point where you're dead and can't move anymore. hope this helped!! good luck =)
