Hi! My name is Demetria. I am 12 years old and I weigh 140 pounds. I hate going shopping for clothes. It hurts me inside when I get large sizes and they don't fit. It hurts inside to look at other girls who are fit and slim. When someone jokes about me I act like it doesn't hurt, but it does. It also hurts my brother because he's a little overweight to. I try looking for weight loss tips, but I can't find anything. Sometimes I tell myself that there is nothing wrong with being fat, but other times I say to my self look at me. There were many times when I got emotional. Sometimes I just hate myself.

My mom feels so bad for me, but she doesn't know how it really feels. I heard about Tae Bo and how you can lose weight from doing the exercise. You should maybe consider buying the video... just like I am.

If you mess up one day, or more than one day, it won't change the solution to losing weight. It'll always be the same. So, just put your mind too it. You can achieve anything this way. Good luck.
