I am sooo frusturated. I keep forgeting about what im eating and I gain weight I am 5'4" and I weigh 155. PALLEASE help! I need some good tips. I am not a slug or anything I can run and jump and i am capable of doing really tough things. But I just cant stick to it!... please reply cuz I never get replys! and that makes me even more upset! thanks so much

You could keep a food journal on what you eat.

All I have to say is that you HAVE to start remembering what you are eating. There is no other way. Your diet must be in your mind all the time or else you'll conveniently forget about it. Also tell yourself that nothing tastes as good as being thin feels! (If you don't believe that then you won't be able to lose weight.)
