Hey! I had lost 5 pounds but I gained it back I need really good exercises. Does anyone have any ideas.

One of the best ways to excercise is too do it with people. I lost alot of weight and got in better shape when I joined a sports team. We all worked together, strength training, running, and pushing eachother to do our best. It was great motivation and fun too!

hey to help keep the weight off and having a fun excersic eu can try what i'm doing. if you live close to your ciy's rec. center see if they ahve something called jazzercise or anything with aerobics. most of the time you dance and you lose weight and inches if you do it for about 6 weeks. try it. it may help.

walking is a very good excersice if you walk quickly (power walk)...swimming is also very good, it exercises every muscle in the body!
