Hi! I have posted a lot of messages but I seem to never get a lot of replies. I am 4 foot 11 and I weigh 140 lbs. I know that is not alot but I have stretchmars from my bellybutton down to my knee.I have tried soo hard to loose weight but it is hard. I drink sparkling water everyday. Cut my meals in half and skip breakfast. Please help me! Krissy Morgan

hey try to change that sparkling water into regular water because the sparkling water has a lot of sodium and thats bad for you and also sodium makes you blot, and 2nd never skip meals!

never skip meals...count calories, though...try and keep between 1200 and 1600 calories a day if you want to lose weight...
