I AM SO FAR DOING GOOD TRYING TO LOSE WEIGHT. TODAY I WALK AROUND THE PARK FOR 1 HOUR AND WHEN I GOT HOME ALL I HAD WAS 2 APPLES A BANANA AND 3 GLASS OF WATER. WHEN USUALLY I WILL HAVE A BIG MEAL JUST WALKING FOR 20 MINUTES. I AM STILL GETTING TIRED REAL QUIT BUT LEAST I AM TRYING WHEN I USUALLY WALK FOR 5 MINUTES BEFORE I STOP AND REST. DO ANYBODY OUT THERE THINK I'M TRYING TO HARD OR SHOULD I TAKE IT EASY AND WORK MYSELF UP.REMEMBER I'M CLOSE TO 500 LBS.

I dont think that u are working 2 hard but dont work ur self 2 hardand try not 2 eat as much!!!

i feel like i'm in your position except i dont excersize much. instead of a brother that teases me, my mom teases me. i'm a few years younger.the thing that is bothering me is that ur 3 years older than me and i weigh almost as much as you.(no offence). good luck

DONT WORK YOURSELF TO HARD DO WHAT YOU CAN AND TRY TO EAT LESS BUT NOT TOO MUCH LESS AT ONE TIME YOU COULD SHOCK YOURE BODY YOUR DOING FINE KEEP GOING YOULL LOSE WEIGHT I PROMISE!!
