Hey! Every day I go for a 25 min. walk, a 10 min. jog, 4 sets for 15 crunchs, 4 sets 15 puch-ups, 15-20 mins. of weight training, cut what I eat in half and cut down on junk food. Is that to much?thanks

Your over-exercising. Only do this about 2 days a week and just take like a 10 minute jog the other 5 days. Your body can't handle all of that!

maybe u should take a or two days off each week. u need to rest ur body.

Nope, its better than what I could do! I wouldnt find the ambition after a while. :(
