for those of u who say to cut what u eat in half, do u mean only fatty food?? or do u mean everything u like including fruit and veggies??

As for fruits and veggies you can eat as much as you want because they don't really contain calories. If you want to know what foods to cut in half read the story of Lawrence on this website.
