I went for a 2 mile run the other day and i was sweating uncontrollably and afterwards i had back pains and pain in the back of my legs.I am losing weight but exercise is really difficult is they ways to improve my fitness?

maybe u should speed walk nstead of run. running puts lots of pressure on ur knees and that's not really good.

Try differnt kinds of exercise. Or start slow, run 1 mile, or 1/2 at first, then slowly work your way up. Swimming laps is very good too.
