HELP! I keep trying to lose weight and every time I fail. I don't know what to do. I have a major eating problem. I eat when I'm excited, happy, scared, depressed, and well, bored. I need some advice on how to keep away from food, cuz otherwise, I'll be 300 lbs, by the time I turn 14.

Shaz is right, everytime you feel like you need to eat, ask yourself if you really are hungry. If your not, do something else, like go for a walk, do yoga, something to take up time. But remember, NEVER starve yourself or make yourself throw up. This is a long process, and I hope you will eventually start an exercise program or join a sport for your own physical well being. Hey Kiara I get the same sometimes I mostly eat because im bored or because 'it's there' but I try to keep myself occupied by sending e-mails or reading or something. If you went for a long walk it would give you a chance to think of your progress as well as keeping your mind off food *and you will burn up calories as well* Another tip is to drink loads of water *not only is it GREAT for your hair,skin and body but it will also fill you up* Hope this helps good luck Shaz :)
