I weigh 135. Your not that fat. Just try to do a little more exercise. It helps.

don't just COMPLAIN about it...i know it's hard, because i was always TEASED when i was younger. JOIN A SPORT!!! SWIMMING IS EXCELLENT!! i've done it for 1-2 years, and i've seen incredible results, i didn't even have to change my diet!! just, don't eat fries, pizza or any fatty foods, DRINK LOTS OF WATER, and cut down on the carbs (pasta, bread, rice). Swimming is good because it doesn't put pressure on your joints when you move, and the water supports your body. I'm on a swimteam, and swim 10-11 hours a week. When i first started, it was really hard and i wanted to quit. I hated how i was slower than everyone else, and the way i looked in a swimsuit. BUT I DIDN'T QUIT, and look where it got me. I'm part of the best on the team, so DON'T GIVE UP AND KEEP TRYING NO MATTER HOW BAD YOU WANT TO!!!

i weigh 140 too and i hate it. i am not supposed to be this fat! I do a good job sucking it in and fit into a 10 pant size but i need to loose weight. i am a dancer and i just cant be overweight anymore! I feel your pain! :(
