I'm not fat, just overweight. I'm 5'7" tall and I weigh 188 pounds. I'm very self-concious. I wear my shirt when I go swimming, and I don't change clothes in P.E. (well actually I do, but I figured out a way to change without taking my clothes off). If there's anyone who's the same age as me and is self-concious too, please answer.
