Ok, this has nothing to do w/ my weight, but I was wondering if a couple girls could help me out. I got my period today, and I'm freaking out. I live w/ my dad, and I'd feel weird telling him...and I have gym tommorow, and I don't know if I can use a tampon. Pleez help.

I had the same problem cuz I live with just my dad too,but don't worry,he'll understand.
