Hey! I go for a 25 min. walk everynight, 60 crunchs a day, weight training 2 times a week and watch what I eat. I have been doing this for a month and only lost 6 pounds and gained back 4! I don't no what to do.

u probably gained some muscle from lifting weight and since muscle weighs more than fat, u gained weight. But don't worry, it's good to have more muslce cuz muscle burns more calories than fat!

why do you think you gained the weight back? seriously, what did you change?...because then you might understand what went wrong, and correct it. hope this helped! =)
